I am able to build sites upon request, please email me. I can also arrange hosting and a domain name at very reasonable prices. Please bear in mind though that I am a university student so my degree does come first; but if I can help you, I will.
As I have only built small sites so far, the overall design and structure of the sites are all fairly similar: please don't be put off by this. I can create many different designs, I just haven't had the need to so far.
